Sunshine House, as of February 1, 2020., is an over 50 retreat, for those who are looking for a true old island experience, without the crowds. Travelers who long for a place to recharge, rejuvenate, to be with oneself and nature.

Our location is on the south side of Provo, high on a bluff overlooking Cooper Jack Hill and a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, Five Caye's and Discovery Bay. Our private property affords a spacious 2 acres with beautiful gardens to wander through, the quite is only broken by the singing birds and the ocean lapping the rocks below. Enjoy your days lazing around the thirty-five foot pool as you are mesmerized by the changing colors of sky & water. The first floor apartment has a full modern kitchen, great room, separate bedroom with a queen bed , private bath, comfortable sofa, desk and a smart tv. You have a private entrance at the covered Veranda with teak furniture and amazing views of the pool, gardens and the Waters of the Atlantic Ocean. We also offer comfortable setting on the carport deck. WiFi, Netflix and cable tv.

Sunshine House is a quite retreat from the hustle bustle of the resort crowd, yet only a five minute drive to join the festive activities of the World renowned Grace Bay Beach.
