The Top Floor @ Sunshine House offers a peaceful retreat for those who are looking for a true Classic Caribbean experience. Our location is on the south side of Provo, high on a bluff overlooking Cooper Jack Hill with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, Five Caye's and Discovery Bay where you can Bonefish in the shallows. Enjoy your days lazing around the thirty-five foot saline pool as you are mesmerized by the changing colors of sky & water.

The Top Floor has a queen memory foam bed, full kitchen, bathroom, 55 inch Smart TV, Wi-Fi , Netflix, carport, covered deck, private entrance, and a separate office, comfortable for a working single traveler or a couple. Your dedicated covered deck invites you to take a seat and chill with the most amazing views of sky and ocean. If you need an extra bedroom, at an extra charge, we have a beautiful studio cottage that sits at a higher elevation away from the house.

Couples $275 nightly and Singles $200 nightly can rent Sunshine Cottage and share the rest of the property with another Couple or Single. Experience a quiet retreat away from the hustle bustle of the resort crowd, yet only a ten minute drive to join the festive activities of the World renowned Grace Bay Beach.
