Sunshine Cottage, built in 2019, offers a perfect retreat for those wanting to be away from the main stream on Providenciales. Our two acres sit 85 feet above sea level, the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Five Cays are awe inspiring, and, Oh the breeze! Relax on the natural stone patio or under the pergola at the crystal clear 35 ft. saline pool, chaise loungers await you, bring a good book, RELAX, Be in the Moment.

The Cottage sits above and away from the main house. As you enter, feel your heart warm with the comfort of a well designed studio that meets your every need including a well stocked kitchen, desk, comfortable living furniture, 55 inch Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, A/C, a memory foam queen bed, rain shower and a Deep Soak Tub situated to watch the full moon rise as you soak away all your cares. You are sure to reach Island Time in that moment. Below us is Discovery Bay and the open waters of the Atlantic. Watch kite boarders sailing down from Long Bay, bone fishermen enjoying the flat shallow waters and dive boats heading out to The Wall. We are located in the sleepy settlement of Cooper Jack, on the south side, center of Providenciales, making a short drive to all the marinas, beaches, restaurants and shopping on island, everything is within a 10 to 15 drive from Sunshine House.
