San Diego Suburb, Secluded With Lots of Trees Property overview

Our area is very serene and quiet. Many animals are around in the neighborhood. Inside the apartment you will feel very peaceful and cozy, We are on the foothills of Mt. Helix, a very great area. For your convenience, there is a Samsung 50" Flat Screen HDTV that includes cable with lots of channels!

We live next door so we will be always available if you need any help.

We can provide airport pickup and drop off with nominal charge for two days stay or more. Airport is only 13 miles from this location and downtown is 11 miles. Pacific beach is 18 miles. Most beaches are less than 20 miles away.

Famous attractions such as the San Diego Zoo and Sea World are only 11 miles away. Lego-land and San Diego Safari Park are only 35 miles away.

When you enter the apartment, please remove your shoes. We will really appreciate it. This neighborhood is very quiet at night, so we expect the guests the same way. We have a 15 year old son and his bedroom is connected to the apartment so please keep silence if you come late night. He has to wake up early in the morning to go to school. We would love to have a smoke-free environment, so please no smoking inside and outside of premises. Sorry, no pets please! We expect the apartment to be in the same condition as when you came.

Please make sure that the air conditioner or heater is switched off when you are not in the apartment, or if we realize that you forgot to turn it off, then we will go inside the apartment and switch it off. Thanks for understanding because we believe in saving energy.

The dishes and utensils should be washed and kept neatly in the cabinets after they are done with.

The number of guests that show on the reservation should be the same as how many guests show up at the property. For example, if you have selected that two guests will be staying at our vacation home and three show up, you will incur an extra $18 charge per extra person per night. If you decide to use both the bedrooms and your group is only a total of two guests, then there will also be an extra $18 charge per night. Please inform us in advance if there is any change in the number of guests or two guests will be using both of the bedrooms, so that we can make the proper arrangements and you can have a better experience.

Please do not wash your clothes inside of the apartment. The hair dryer should be used for drying your hair, not drying your clothes.

Please no vulgar language on the premises.

The hot tub may not be used after 10pm, and please keep the noise down while using it as the neighbors may get disturbed.

The gas oven does not currently work, so please use the toaster oven instead.

This neighborhood is established and old. Near to the highway but very secluded.

The bus stop and trolley are very close.

Grocery and shopping is 5 minutes away, walk-able.

The freeways are nearby and are easy to access.

The freeway straight to Downtown SD is down the street.

We offer our own car service like Uber. Guests will receive special discounts on the ride.
