An exceptional new beachfront luxury home with 8 bedrooms, 9 baths, a large private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, and an elevator. Aqua Therapy has beautiful custom details throughout including 12' ceilings and 10' beachfront glass doors, and porches on all three levels. You'll enjoy 7 King bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath, plus a bunkroom with built-in captains beds and a hall bath.
Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).
The main floor features a spacious great room, a kitchen, one of three laundries, two beachfront primary King bedrooms and a nook with a daybed and a full bath. The kitchen features high end appliances including a huge refrigerator, twin ovens with 8 burners, a bar with a second sink, undercounter ice machine, wine fridge and beverage fridge, an island with seating and a large pantry. A kitchen like that will definitely be outfitted with everything you need to feed a group or prepare a holiday meal. The adjoining laundry has an additional refrigerator and a commercial ice machine, perfect for filling your cooler. Each of the bedrooms on this level has a deluxe bath featuring a soaking tub, separate shower, and plenty of vanity space. The east bath does include grab bars and a low shower threshold for handicap accessibility. There is also a cozy lagoon-view nook with a daybed, perfect for curling up with a book, with a full bath next to it.
The middle floor has a large family room, two more primary King bedrooms that mirror the ones on the main floor, plus an additional beachfront King bedroom, a bunkroom with built-in captains beds (beds over drawers) and privacy doors, a laundry, and a full hall bath. The family room is complete with a wet bar and lots of seating including two built-in daybeds perfect for extra sleeping space, or using as an extra long sofa. The middle beachfront King bedroom has glass doors opening to the porch, plus a private bath with a shower/tub combination.
The top floor includes two more King bedrooms, one beach facing, one facing Little Lagoon, each with a large private bath with a double vanity and shower. While the views are spectacular everywhere in Aqua Therapy, from this level they are truly breathtaking.
The elevator reaches all levels. The house has smart TVs throughout and free wifi.
Outside you'll have a broad stretch of beach, beautiful sugar-white sand, a dune walkover, and a big, beautiful private pool that can be heated October-May for a nightly fee.
Aqua Therapy is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, 4 miles west of the intersection of Hwy 59 (Gulf Shores Parkway) and Beach Blvd. Sorry, we are not able to rent to groups under the age of 25 or for events including bachelor/bachelorette parties.
