Fabulous, Gulf-side beach home with private, seasonally heated Pool, Jacuzzi, and great Gulf views! Located right on the Gulf of Mexico beach, this large custom home was designed to enjoy the great Gulf views, with an open concept layout to maximize of indoor and outdoor living space! There are 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have private, ensuite bathrooms, plus a Bunk Room with 4 Twin bunk beds that has an adjacent full bath. One King bedroom has an over-sized ensuite bathroom for Guests with mobility issues. The pool and hot tub will be heated and available for use from April first through October. This house also features nearly 2,000 sq feet of decks, including sundecks, covered porches, and even a screened porch, all of which have great Gulf views. Inside, there is plenty of space for your family, with comfortable furnishings and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has been designed with your family or group in mind- there are 2 ovens in the center island, microwave, stove, 2 dishwashers, and a large Fridge with ice maker. There is a large Pantry, and Kitchen peninsula with seating for 4. The Dining area has a built-in dining bench, with table seating for 10, with additional room to spare. Underneath this elevated beach house is additional recreation space, including a private, heated pool and Jacuzzi. The Pool is heated from April through October. There is an outdoor shower and a fish cutting station.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and cannot be used. They are not permitted by Homeowner Insurance Policies.
