Step inside to discover a spacious common area with a comfortable living room featuring a large sectional and tv. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern appliances and cookware. A walk-in pantry hides a washer and dryer for your convenience. The centrally located dining table doubles as a workspace or gathering spot for the whole family.

Each of the five bedrooms is a haven of relaxation, with plush bedding and TVs. The SW King Suite boasts a private bathroom and direct access to the covered front porch, perfect for savoring your morning coffee. The SE King Suite and NE King Suite feature private bathrooms. The NW Queen Bedroom and Eastern Queen Bedroom provide comfort and convenience with the common bathroom nearby.

Outside, the vibrant outdoor space beckons, with ample seating, a bar with a rising TV, and a grill and griddle for al fresco dining. This is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun or just catch up on you-time Rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower before relaxing under the house with your favorite drink in hand.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
