Sunrise is a duplex in the exclusive Audubon Place gated beachfront community. This listing is to rent both sides simultaneously. You will be at the very end of a cul-de-sac, so you will have no traffic and super close beach access for your dream Dauphin Island Vacation!

Both sides of Sunrise are tastefully decorated, with beautiful flooring and arched transoms above the living room windows, providing light and a pleasing aesthetic to set your vacation mood.

The oversized King Suites have an ocean view and lots of room. The other four bedrooms share a common full baths and have a walkout rear deck that is great for bird watching. It views natural sand dunes and island forests.

The 2024 beach restoration has restored the beach to its natural beauty, giving you a vast new beach to relax and play on. The beaches and dunes have been restored, but the dune walkovers are still being constructed. Beachgoers are asked to go to the eastern end of the Audubon Place beach to access the beach. Walking over the dunes will result in a fine.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per dog plus tax applies.
