You and your family will have a memorable vacation at Sand Paradise. This six-bedroom home is conveniently located near the Oasis Clubhouse, in the Champions Gate Resort. Escape a long day in the parks, or even skip a day, and enjoy your vacation in this well-designed home!

This home has a large open living area, great for hosting a family dinner or watching TV. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and a 70" smart tv with cable for guests to enjoy. An Oversized ceiling fan will keep guests nice and cool during the summer months. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook, and has plenty of counter space and bar seating for four. The large dining table can accommodate eight guests. There is also an additional bar with seating for two.

Guests can access the private pool with spillover spa through the dining room, or the full bathroom off of the living room. The back patio has plenty of seating, and four poolside lounge chairs. The bedroom

number one is a wall-mounted TV and ceiling fan off the kitchen and has two queen beds and a wall-mounted smart tv.

The garage game room, located off the laundry room, will keep guests busy. Guests can enjoy playing a game of pool or air hockey. There is a wall-mounted smart TV to enjoy And a ceiling fan for added comfort. *Note this garage is not equipped with separate AC.

Upstairs, the Princess room with two twin beds will surely keep the little ones happy. This room has a wall-mounted smart TV and shares a bathroom with the Queen Paris room. The bathroom has a double vanity, and a separate shower and water closet. The Queen Paris room also has a wall-mounted smart TV for guests to enjoy. The Super Hero fans will gravitate to the Full over Full bunk room, designed to be a catch with the kids! This room also has a wall-mounted smart TV.

The upstairs loft is a nice luxury living area for those looking to relax. There is a large sofa, two chairs with end table Charging stations, and an added workstation. Guests can enjoy their favorite TV or game on the 65" wall-mounted smart TV. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo off of the loft.

Guests will enjoy the back king master, also off of the loft. This room with a custom accent wall and smart TV, also has a private bathroom with a shower. The front upstairs king master is very spacious and includes a wall-mounted smart TV and ceiling fan for added comfort. The large master bathroom has a double vanity, a large tub for soaking at the end of a long day in the parks, as well as a glass shower.

Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported Accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a Utility bill with the same address as the card Billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rent.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid-stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
