Come and enjoy the lake, and all that the Suissevale community has to offer! This home is only 0.6 miles from the State’s Landing Beach and 1 mile from the sandy beach and crystal-clear waters of Suissevale association beach (a parking pass is included for the beach). The Suissevale beach area is equipped with a gazebo, picnic tables, grills, playground, and volleyball court; a boat launch is also available. The Suissevale clubhouse, located at the entrance to the complex includes two tennis courts, a basketball net, and a playground. During your stay, enjoy the trails at the Castle in the Clouds, visit the Loon Center or play a round of golf at Ridgewood all nearby in Moultonborough!

This home is recently renovated for comfort and convenience. On the main level an open concept living room and dining area has been finished with hardwood flooring and recessed lighting. There is also a large flat screen TV and sectional couch in the living room, where you can gather in the evenings to unwind and relax. The kitchen is bright and spacious with plenty of room to prepare meals. There is a full bath on the main level for maximum convenience.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first bedroom has queen bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over twin). Both bedrooms have wall-mounted air conditioning units so that everyone stays cool at night. Another full bathroom upstairs is shared by the two bedrooms. On the lowest level there is separate entertainment room with flat screen TV, couch, and reclining chair. The attached deck overlooks the yard and there is gas grill available for your use. With wireless internet, cable TV, washer and dryer this home has everything you’ll need while on vacation! There is plenty of parking, up to 4 cars.

Don't want to leave your best furry friend behind? You may bring your dog with you, depending on size and breed and with owner's approval, for an additional $175 pet fee. Ask about bringing your dog at the time of booking your reservation.

As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State’s Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.

Fresh Linens may be rented, the fee for this property is $60 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
