The home sleeps 6+ comfortably. (can sleep 8 with the additional beds available) The master suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a trundle twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen Murphy bed (very comfortable mattress) with a built-in desk for those who need to work or do school while visiting.
The house also has a roll-out twin bed available as well.
Large open living/entertaining space opens up to pool area with plenty of entertaining room around the pool and grilling patio. All appliances are newly updated with brand-new modern washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all the supplies needed to make this home your “home away from home.” Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and all you need to enjoy the Island.
Great location to all Marco Island restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. Those who plan to have a boat, are minutes from open water with no bridge in your way. Bring your fishing supplies and fish right from the dock!
