Gorgeous long and wide water views abound! This magnificent, well maintained home boasts 3 bedrooms plus a den with a great working office space. The master has a king bed and attached bath. The two guest rooms share a large hall bath. The first guest room has a nice view of the waterway and has a queen bed. The second guest room has a set of twins. All the bedrooms have TV's. Soaring ceilings and disappearing sliders in the open floor plan make the interior seamlessly open to the spacious, paved lanai boasting a large saltwater pool and stunning views of Fern Waterway. The modern kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A great location to get to all Marco Island has to offer and a quick ride to all the sophistication of Naples.
