Come and enjoy this immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated three bedroom plus office / two bath home. This house provides the discerning guest with maximum comfort and relaxation. A split floor plan affords privacy for you and your guests. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a water view and sliders leading to the Lanai & Pool. There is a queen sized bed in each of the guest bedrooms

The efficient kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is very well stocked. There is also an office, complete with desk and printer for those who want to mix business with pleasure. The covered lanai features beautiful patio furniture, dining for 6 and an outdoor kitchen complete with gas fireplace. Cool down in the pool, or sooth your tired muscles in the adjoining spa.

Each evening, take delight in the brilliant sunsets and stunning views over Sunflower Waterway. Enjoy your morning coffee by the waterside atop the expansive dock. Keep a lookout for Dolphin and Manatees as well as heron and osprey feeding on rising bait fish. The wildlife is active and constant in Sunflower Waterway!

The expansive water views and comfort upgrades (over sized pool, dock & lanai) make this home one that guests will remember and come back to year after year.
