Beautiful gulf front 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home on the far west end of Dauphin Island. This is the first floor of a 2 story home. The house can be rented as a 4 bedroom, or as a 6 bedroom. If you rent it at the 4 bedroom rate, the top floor will remain locked (and will not be rented out during your stay). This is a great opportunity to rent the amount of space you need!

This house has a large gulf front deck, kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and living room. There is a gulf front master bedroom with a queen bed. 2nd bedroom has a full. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have a duo bunk ( double on the bottom and single on top. The views from the gulf front deck are unmatched for sunrise and unobstructed view of sunsets, any time of the year. There is a gas grill on the gulf front deck. The deck has both covered and uncovered areas to enjoy the views. Great gulf fishing off your private seawall. If you have a larger group add the second level to this listing to sleep 14.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note that the shoreline of Dauphin Island Beaches regularly shifts inward and outward. Properties at the shoreline will experience wave action. Guests will be able to hear the waves and feel the house move. This is normal and should be expected for any home on pilings.

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit – $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
