We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

You’ll feel like you’re home at this quaint and cozy cottage. The lovely grounds and large pool will remind you that this is vacation, sweet vacation. These uniquely designed two story units all face the pool so you can watch the kids play from the comfort of your own patio. The celebrated white sand beaches, golf courses, local restaurants/bars, and local attractions are all close by.

Two parking passes are issued for your stay. No boat or trailer parking allowed. This unit has a marked parking space and a visitor spot. All vehicles must have a displayed parking pass. If not displayed you are subject to being towed. No commercial vehicles allowed on property overnight. The patios and balconies are only for organized patio furniture. There are to be no: Coolers, bikes, towels hanging over railings, or like items. Patio furniture only.
