This immaculate private luxury rental is located just one house off the sugar white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico where you get your very own private beach access. This 5,370 square-foot luxury home offers comfortable accommodations for up to 20 guests. It is an amazing choice for a family reunion or a group getaway with friends.

The first floor of the home contains a bunk room featuring three queen bunk beds along with the game room that contains a pool table, large flatscreen HDTV and a wet bar with full size fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The second floor of the home is where you will find 3 of the 4 king master suites with en-suite bathrooms. The living room, dining area, and full kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with gas range can be found on the third floor but not to worry because taking up your supplies couldn't be easier utilizing the private elevator! Also on the third floor is the fourth king master suite with another grand bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy relaxing on your private covered, beach view balconies after a long day of fun under the sun.

Chateau Lumiere offers a wide variety of upscale amenities including a stand-alone ice maker, a wet bar and a private pool with waterfall hot tub for you to enjoy during your stay. Cook up a tasty treat on your private gas grill or dine on fresh seafood and other delicious meals at some of the fantastic beachfront restaurants in easy walking distance. Guests are in short distance to Silver Sands Designer Factory Outlet Stores, two miles West of Sandestin resort and village at Baytowne wharf and just minutes from Destin commons mall and popular family attractions. It is a brief walk to several restaurants including the world famous Pompano Joe's and just a quick ride to Winn-Dixie supermarket. Publix supermarket is two miles east.

It is a two mile drive from premier golf courses of Sandestin and a few more miles to a variety of world renowned courses in the area. 15 minutes from Destin's Harborwalk village, the home of the largest charter fishing fleet in Florida and a hub for a variety of water sports and fishing activities. There's bowling, movie theaters, shopping, water parks, putt putt, arcades and more within a 5 mile radius.
