Many restuarants and entertainment as well as Groceries stores in the two shopping areas of Siesta Key Village and Cresent Village. Reasonable drive to many Parks and Attractions for a day trip.
Safer area then many larger Florida cities.

It is almost always rated #1 or #2 beach in the US for a reason. They spent 23 million dollars on remodeling our beach amenities within the last few years. The critics say they can't give rate us 1st every year, but would if they could, as their ratings give a economic bust to the area.
