Newly renovated private villa! Beautiful brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. All new flooring through out and newly decorated!

It's like having your own private beach house on the #1 beach, Siesta Key!!

This is Paradise you private 2 bedroom, 2 full bath large private villa. Its like having your own private house two minute walk to have your toes on the sand of the #1 white sand beach. This is a villa on the beachside, its a 2 minute walk and you will be on a wide beautiful private part of Siesta Key/Crescent beach. Beach chairs and Lounge chairs are provided free of charge right at beach entrance. We are located on a private part of famous Siesta Key beach, no public crowds to deal with, no trying to find a parking spot. There is an Olympic size heated pool with club house. There are also kayaks, paddle boards and clam shell loungers that can be rented right at the beach. You can grab kayak or paddle board and bring it right to the beautiful gulf waters. This is truly Paradise. At night walk steps to see the most amazing sunsets!

This private villa has 2 queen beds in one room and a King bed in the other room. I. Villa also have to full baths, both with walk in showers.
Villa also has a large private lanai, perfect for lounging, meals or morning coffee. All just steps the most amazing views and sunsets. You will want to get a drink and enjoy the famous Siesta Key sunsets. There is no stairs or elevators, just walk out of your private villa right to the amazing beach. We also have a private newly brick paved patio in back to sit and relax.
Everything that you need is provided, a fully stocked kitchen, all linens provided, beach chairs and beach loungers supplied free of charge a beach entrance.
Tv's in all rooms and wifi .
This is Paradise on the #1 beach, is a short walk to have your feet can be in the soft white sands of Siesta Key! No roads to cross, easy to go back and forth from the beach.
We recently purchased this Villa that is why there are not reviews yet. We just started renting, but we have 5 star reviews on our other condo on Siesta Key. I would be happy to supply you with the link if you would like to have a look.

We currently have two condos on the beach side of Siesta Key. We recently purchased this condo at Casa Blanca and are so excited to start renting. We do not have many reviews because we just started renting, but you are welcome to look at our review of our other condo. It will show you that we are dedicated owners who want to give our guests the best possible experience. We are always available via call, text, or email. We are so excited to have our guests enjoy our new Villa at Casa Blanca. Our other condo is at Crescent Arms, also right on the beach. Why we chose this property: When we saw Casa Blanca, we loved the location. It is convenient to everything Siesta Key has to offer. We also loved the idea of a private home on the beach side. You can park right in front, and in just a few steps, your toes can be in the soft white sand. It is like a private home on the beach. No elevator or stairs. You have a large private screened lanai to enjoy meals, drinks, or just read a book. Beach chairs are provided free of charge right on the beach, so there is no need to lug chairs to the sand. What makes this property unique: You have your own home, with no one above or below you. Easy access, all on one level, and parking is right in front of the villa. You have a private lanai and a private newly brick-paver patio to sit and relax. This is your own villa steps to the beach, but your own house, not a condo with attached walls and faraway parking.
