We're only a short walk from neighborhood coffee shops and restaurants. A short drive from grocery stores (Wholefoods/Sprouts) , universities, shopping malls, and the hip night scene happening on 2nd Street. We're about 5 minutes from two major freeways that will get you to Irvine or LA in about 45 minutes.

The apartment has been completely remodeled and has all the modern conveniences to make you comfortable. You will have the entire upstairs apartment to yourself. It feels very private.


The space
Total remodel - just finished!
Hi speed internet
New kitchen, new bath, new stainless steel appliances, and new furniture. The modern kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed to cook a full meal and a table for 4 to eat around too. The living room has a new and comfortable sofa bed, a reclining chair, a flat screen TV, a desk, and an air conditioner. The bedroom has a new king size bed by Nectar and air conditioning.

A washer and dryer is included in the unit.

This apartment will comfortable fit 2 adults. Two can sleep in the king sized bed and two can sleep in the full size sofa bed. The sofa bed is from Costco and very comfortable.
And parking!
