This freshly finished new construction will leave you wanting to come back. The home is situated in a beautiful and brand new neighborhood in SE Cape Coral. This waterfront property is only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico by Boat. By Car you are very close to Memorial Bridge Pkwy which makes a trip to local beaches and Fort Myers a breeze.

Villa Rosa is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home with an additional Office room with Desk for privacy and "work from home" or for extended family visiting as it is also equipped with a Queen sleeper sofa.

The large Living room area and open Kitchen makes this floorpan a Florida dream home. Split with Master suite on one side of the home and guest bedrooms situated across. The beautifully decorated Master Bedroom features a King sized bed and large screen TV with direct access to the pool area. The Master Bathroom features a extra large shower and his and hers sinks.

The first Guest Bedroom will feature two Twin sized beds and TV and has its own bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo and sink, while

the second Guest Bedroom features a King sized bed and large TV with access to its own Pool Bathroom. The pool bathroom allows for showers after sun lounging or pool swimming without the need of walking through the entire home.

Enjoy the vaulted ceiling living area by lounging on the large and very comfortable sectional sofa with large screen TV to make the Big Game even more enjoyable.

Entertaining friends and family will be the highlight as the slider doors fully open up to the pool area and dining seating is abundant. The dining room features a beautiful Concrete table with seating for up to 8.

The patio area features a dining area with seating for up to 8 and also a lounging area with comfortable seating on cushioned chairs. And do not forget the large Pool deck with 4 sun loungers for the perfect tan.

The electric heated pool will ensure that swimming is comfortable during our cooler months and homeowner also supplied a gas grill for your entertainment.
