This fully-equipped home is located in beautiful Cape Coral, Southwest Florida on the Rubicon Canal. It is near Fort Myers and is a short drive to Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva.

It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private heated pool (solar and electric). The home was built in 2002 and has been newly furnished and updated with new paint, furnishings and tropical decor. Each bedroom has luxurious memory foam beds, 100% modal linens and an LCD HDTV with digital cable.

2018 upgrades include: exterior house paint and pool deck, new high-efficiency washer/dryer, new 60" Smart TVs in family room and lanai, new seating area at the dock.

The home is over 1900 square feet with tile throughout. High ceilings add to the spacious feeling of the home.

The Master bedroom offers a King sized bed, 32' LCD TV, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and private linen closet.

The Second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed, generous closet, dresser and 32' LCD TV.

The Third bedroom offers (2) Twin sized beds, generous closet and LCD TV/DVD Combo.

The Family Room features a comfortable leather sectional with movable arm rests with cup holders. There is a 60" SmartTV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player with wifi and surround sound. You can log in with your Amazon, Hulu or Netflix accounts. There is a Playstation II with plenty of games. An extensive selection of DVDs is also available. Bring your laptop as there is free high-speed wireless internet. A printer is available for your use as well (located in large laundry room).

The large lanai offers outside dining, a lounge area with a love seat and two chairs, a Gas BBQ grill, a 60" SmartTV and four lounge chairs. The pool has electric and solar heat and offers premium pool floats and toys. The dock offers yet another outside dining area as well as four adirondack chairs. New electric heater November 2019.

The boat and lift are available.

Cape Coral has so much to offer. It is the perfect place for a vacation getaway. It is a short drive to the most beautiful beaches and fine dining in Southwest Florida. It is less than 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and Fort Myers Beach; 25 miles to Sanibel; 32 miles to Captiva and Bonita Springs and an hours drive to Naples. With over 400 miles of salt and fresh water canals, Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America. You can rent a boat for fishing or cruising the beautiful canals. Spring Training for the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox is right here in Cape Coral. Other spring training camps are not far away. There are several golf courses nearby and plenty of stores for shopping. Or spend the day at the Sunsplash Family Water Park. Then complete your day with an evening of live theatre shows or exciting night life that Southwest Florida has to offer.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
