Our newest Vacation Rental located in SE Cape Coral on a Sailboat access Canal is in a prime location for boaters. With only minutes out to the Caloosahatchee River from where you can visit downtown Fort Myers or even Fort Myers and Sanibel Beaches. Boat rentals are available locally and will even deliver the boat to your Vacation Rental dock.

The 4-Mile Cove nature preserve is only minutes away from this home. Kayak rentals are available at the preserve. We highly recommend! The house also features 2 Kayaks for guest use and can be launched from the home dock.

Anchors Away is conveniently located near Del prado Blvd, which ensures quick access to local shopping and near by Restaurants. Morning coffee at Dunkin Donuts is only a short walk away and Fort Myers and surrounding areas are only a short drive also. The quiet Cul-de-sac road places the house in a wonderful neighborhood which is great for walking.

This freshly remodeled home features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Brand new stylish furnishings for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The Master Bedroom features a King sized memory foam bed, TV with smart features and Cable provided by Comcast. The master bathroom is adjacent to the Master Suite and is a full bath with Sink, Toilet and Shower.

The Guest Suite on the opposite side of the home features 2 Twin beds also both memory foam, a smart TV with Comcast cable access and its own bathroom with access to the pool area. Guest bathroom includes Sink, Shower and Toilet and the Bathroom can be used as a Pool bath.

The main area and living room are open to the kitchen and features comfortable seating, a large screen 75" TV with smart function and Comcast Cable, and the main sofa is also a Sleeper sofa in queen size should you decide to have visitors or grandkids staying over. High Speed Unlimited Wireless Internet is included and fast enough to ensure great streaming quality and bandwidth for business zoom calls.

The Kitchen has recently received new appliances and also features Granite counters. Fully equipped, the kitchen ensures that you have everything you need to dine in or to entertain your friends and family, with a reach through window from kitchen to patio

Either way, for business or pleasure, Anchors Away has a beautiful waterfront view and electric heated pool for perfect summer lounging in Florida. The patio deck is large and allows for plenty of open area for sun bathing or entertaining friends and family while grilling by the pool. Gas Grill is supplied for all guests.

Important: This is a 2 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
