Don’t miss walking and biking through the neighborhood, one of the most desirable residential areas in Cape Coral or walk down to your own private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or the Gulf of Mexico! The perfect day doesn’t end there—watch the colorful sky as the sun goes down while cooking a steak on the gas grill, followed by a peaceful moonlit evening swim. This comfortably furnished home was recently remodeled and refurnished in a lovely coastal style. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This is truly a home, not just a vacation rental, fully equipped and furnished with every amenity needed for an easy and relaxing vacation.
