Welcome to our newest Gem. "Catch of the Day" 1014 is a beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom home located centrally in SE Cape Coral. This home is near shopping and has an easy connection to get to Fort Myers and surrounding areas.

Enjoy a tropical getaway at Catch of the Day. The beautiful split floorpan and a bathroom for each bedroom make this the perfect choice for multi families.

The Master suite is equipped with a King sized bed, a flat screen TV and direct access to the Pool area. The adjacent Master Bathroom features His and Hers sink, a large soaker tub and separate walk in shower. There is also plenty of storage space and linens and towels are included.

Both Guest Bedrooms are equipped with Queen size beds and a TV in each Bedroom. Guest Bedroom 1 has private access to a full Bathroom with Shower and 1 Sink, while Guest Bedroom 2 has a separate bathroom with 1 sink and a Tub/Shower combo.

The Eat-In Kitchen is a great size and has all essentials for cooking included. It also features a great view over the Living area and Patio. Dining room is set up for up to 6 persons.

For our Outdoor lovers the home features an electric heated Pool, a gas powered BBQ Grill, comfortable seating for 6 and also a TV so you can watch the big game while relaxing at the pool. The deck allows for plenty of space to sun lounge on the supplied lounges.

A boat dock and lift will be available for guests to use but can also be used to watch great sunsets and for fishing.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
