The Palms Treasure is our newest edition to the rental market. Just recently purchased and furnished in a modern and contemporary style this home will leave you speechless and definitely relaxed in style. Come and enjoy a vacation at this gem. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the house is ready for multiple families and also for larger families. The private pool deck which features pool and spa is set up for the perfect time to sun lounge or entertain your family and friends by the pool while BBQing on the supplied gas grill. The master suite is a large bedroom with king bed and big master bathroom featuring a walk around shower and his and hers sinks. A large bathtub for all of our guests that enjoy it.

The guest bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The second suite has an adjacent bathroom that also leads directly to the pool area whilst the third bedroom equipped with two twin beds can use a bathroom that is separated.

All TV's in the house are smart TVs making it easier to watch your favorite shows via Your own Netflix account or similar streaming services. High speed wireless internet is included.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

NO smoking inside the house, Please!

This house is pet friendly. Up to 2 small dogs only.

There is a Pet Fee of $100 to be paid at time of booking!!
