A clean and comfortable family vacation home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offers enough space for up to 6 guests.

From the large living area, to the 3 spacious bedrooms of which 2 have large sliding glass doors that open directly to the patio and pool area. This home also features an Office and Wireless Internet for web surfing or even your workload.

The pool and spa are electrically heated and surrounded by a large pool deck which covers the entire width of the house. You will also find a pool bar to entertain your guest or just relax in the provided sun chairs. The patio area also offers an inviting seating area for up to 6 people and a small outdoor kitchen with gas grill. After a day of boating on the Gulf of Mexico and tours to the hidden waterfront restaurants and romantic coves, your own private tiki bar welcome's you home on the dock of Villa Gasparilla.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
