Villa Capri is one of our newest additions and is located in beautiful SW Cape Coral close to shopping and only minutes from the Cape Harbor Marina.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home is tastefully decorated in a modern style. The Master bedroom features a King sized bed and large Flatscreen TV with Xfinity Cable Service and direct access to the pool and lanai area. Master bathroom features His and Hers sinks, a walk around shower and large Tub. The guest bedrooms each are equipped with TV and cable programming. Whilst the first guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, the second guest bedroom features a king sized bed with access to the pool and lanai area. This home features a open layout for kitchen and livingroom with stylish modern equipment, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with Induction style cook top in the kitchen, and large living area with large screen TV and Stereo equipment that can play music throughout the entire home and on the patio. The pool area features an electric heated pool and spa and for entertaining your guests you will be able to use the full outdoor kitchen with bbq grill, refrigerator and bar to sit by. Newly arranged TV for Patio so you can watch the big game whilst lounging in the pool area. The house also offers bicycles and kayaks.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
