Enjoy all the Parisian charm of this 35 sqm 1 bedroom apartment with its exposed beams, decorative fireplace, and warm colors. The flat is positioned in the center of two very quiet courtyards, located on the 1st floor and reachable through a private staircase. It has a large living room with two windows overlooking the courtyard, sofa bed for 2 people, a table and chairs for dining, a semi-open kitchen fully equipped with necessary appliances, a nice bedroom separated by a sliding wall in sandblasted glass composed by its double bed, dressing, and desk. Through the bedroom, you have access to the modern bathroom with a large Italian style shower and toilet. Internet TV corner and optic fiber WiFi internet are available free of charge.
