House, 3 Bedroom , 2 Bath (Sleeps 5) This home has been tastefully furnished with all new furniture.   Master suite includes king bed with new mattress and bedding,two night stands, dresser.There is a 37 inch LED TV, Walk in shower,garden tub and his and her sink areas. Bathroom closet and two walk-in closets also in this room There is also french doors from the master suite that leads out to the lanai and pool.

Family room off the kitchen is furnished with Leather sofa and love seat that reclines. Coffee table and end tables with lamps. A new 50'' Led T.V. makes a inviting and comfortable room   The dinning room area has an ornate wooden table that seats 4- 6 with the optional leaf installed. Server-buffet table has a wine bottle storage , silverware and extra linens for the formal dinners. Sliding glass doors also lead out to the pool and lanai.

The kitchen has a stove,double door refrigerator ,dishwasher,and microwave. Two set of dishes and silverware and pots and pans,coffee maker,baking dishes and knifes and many more things furnish the kitchen   New kitchen table with four chairs and four bar stools that match   Guest room 1 offers a walk in closet, 37'' LED TV, queen bed and all new bedding.,1 night stand and dresser with mirror   Guest bedroom #2 has a walk-in closet and a double bed. There is a dresser and a new LED 32 TV.

There is also a queen air mattress for extra guest.   The 2nd bathroom has a shower-tub and vanity and toilet. There is an exterior door that leads out to the lanai and pool.   The lanai has a table and chairs and a new BQ. There is also beach towers and chairs. Speakers outside on the lanai and light in the pool make nice to listen to music and take a evening dip.   Lawn care and pool services are provided.
