A beautiful house ( 2000 sq ft) on a quiet residential street in a deed restricted community. Relax on the lanai at the teak table and chairs, enjoy a cool drink and watch the boats cruise by. At night soothe your body in the Jacuzzi tub while gazing at the stars.

Drop a DVD into the home theater with a flat screen HD TV. Two bedrooms equipped with TV’s as well. Swim in the heated pool that can be accessed by the living room family room or master bedroom, as well as the pool bathroom.

Plenty of room in the master bedroom with his and hers walk in closets, his and her sinks, Jacuzzi tub and roman shower.

Water and electric available at one 40’ and another 20’ dock with boat lift. Enjoy some of the best sport fishing in the world. Play a round of golf at one of the area fourteen courses. Go bike riding through out the town, treasure Punta Gorda’s natural beauty.

Downtown Punta Gorda offers bricked streets lined with renovated historic buildings, public parks, galleries, specialty shops, eclectic boutiques, and trendy restaurants. The performing and visual arts abound, and there are a number of shopping villages and quaint outdoor café’s to explore. Charter boats, fishing, restaurants, and shopping await you at Fisherman’s Village, the site of former fish packing houses.

Chadwick Park @ Englewood Beach- Sixteen acre beachfront park with pavilion, boardwalk, barbeque grills, picnic shelters, playground, volleyball courts, fishing, horseshoes, basketball and restrooms.

Don Pedro Island State Park- A barrier island park with one-mile white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico accessible only by boat. Sunbathing, shelling and fishing are ideal. Picnic pavilion, tables, grills, outdoor showers and restrooms are available.

Port Charlotte Beach Park- Boat ramp, fishing pier, picnic shelters, recreation center, restrooms, heated swimming pool, canoe/kayak access, barbeque grills, tennis, volleyball, bocce, basketball and horseshoes.

Stump Pass State Park- At the southern most tip of Manasota key, sunbathing, shelling and fishing are wonderful. The park includes outdoor showers, restrooms, and a weather shelter.

Charlotte Harbor Environmental Centers- Explore distinct sub-tropical habitats with four miles of hiking trails, bird blind and butterfly garden.

We enjoy relaxing in our vacation home and take pleasure riding our tandem bike (bicycle built for two) attached is a photo of our ride out to Ponce Park overlooking the harbor. Robert Young purchased this house in 2006 Why Robert Young chose Punta Gorda My wife and I fell in love with the area and the neighborhood. We purchased the home for our eventual retirement very quiet and relaxing. Morning walks or bike rides, good restaurants and shopping close by, we leave our vacation home stress free and refreshed. What makes this house unique Gorgeous sunsets over the water. Relax and enjoy watching the boats cruise by.
