Wake up to breathtaking views of Petenwell Lake from the full deck facing the water. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sun set over the horizon, the beauty of the lake is sure to inspire awe and wonder. Sunrise Cove has 240 feet of shoreline, with 2 acres of pines, woods, and yard for the privacy and peace you seek. It features a sandy cove in front of the home (accessible via a ladder from the pier next door), as well as a boat launch and small private beach just up the road. Boats may be anchored in the cove during the day but must be removed each night. This home sits in an excellent location on the lake, near Wilderness Park. Enjoy a game of sand volleyball or horseshoes. Stargaze and gather around the warmth of the groomed campfire pit. Sunrise Cove is 3,500 square feet. This large home consists of 8 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open living room and dining room (with an extra-large dining room table), a stone fireplace and entertainment area, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an extra den area in the lower level overlooking the lake. Ceramic and brick tile are featured in the great room with carpeting in the center, and central air conditioning is provided. There are two oversized decks: one spanning the entire lakeside of the home, and one overlooking the front driveway and woods. The master bedroom (facing the lake) has a master bath; another bath is off the main living area; and the lower-level bedrooms and living quarters share a large bath and laundry area. Truly a beautiful home, with trapezoid windows and French doors that expand the entire living room overlooking the lake. Sunrise Cove is built on an open concept, with a cathedral ceiling in the living room, dining room, and kitchen all as one large room. ***Pet fees: $150 per pet per stay, with a $500 refundable deposit.** ***Please remember: Boats may be anchored in the cove during the day but must be removed during the night.**
