This spacious, split-level home sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The main level features an open-concept layout with a large dining room table and plenty of seating in the living room, which is filled with natural light from numerous windows. Grill out and enjoy cocktails on the large deck overlooking the 3rd tee. If you don't feel like cooking, venture out — you'll find fabulous restaurants no matter which way you turn! All guests have access to the Lake Arrowhead Clubhouse amenities. Privately owned, this community boasts two 18-hole championship golf courses, the Pines and the Lakes, both 4½-star rated courses. Lake Arrowhead is a 300-acre lake offering water activities, boating, and fishing, stocked with bass, northern, walleye, and pan fish. During the summer season, the Shermalot Ski Team performs twice weekly. More than just a golf complex, numerous events and activities are planned for the member community throughout the year, including the Annual SnoBlast, picnics, dances, tournaments, children's activities, pool parties, fireworks, and holiday events. Amenities you can enjoy as a guest of the homeowner include the two clubhouses, two heated swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, a ski chalet, basketball and volleyball courts, the lake pavilions, and three groomed, well-maintained beach areas, playground equipment, and boat launches on Lake Arrowhead. Get in the swing before you hit the greens at the short-game practice area, putting greens, or driving ranges. Peak season offers a local farmer's market and live entertainment. It's only a 5-minute drive to Lake Petenwell, the second-largest inland lake in Wisconsin, with 23,000 acres of natural beauty — where fishing, boating, and serenity abound. Snowmobile and ATV trails run through the Lake Arrowhead area. During the winter, enjoy maintained cross-country ski trails that travel throughout the golf course.
