Escape to the tranquility of lakeside living at this charming three-bedroom cottage with a two bedroom bunkie, nestled in a beautiful natural setting. The waterfront is truly the star of this cottage, with a spacious dock and sun exposure until sunset. Whether you're looking to unwind by the fire, paddle across the water, or enjoy quality time with loved ones, this cottage has everything you need for a relaxing retreat. Inside, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with a double. The separate bunkie offers additional sleeping space with two double beds.

A full bathroom is provided, and all linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are included, though we kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, featuring a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, and a water cooler with 15L or 18L bottles. The open concept living area invites you to relax with a TV, DVD and VCR player, Google Chromecast, a stereo system, and a selection of board games, DVD's and VHS's. With large windows, you can enjoy the view anytime of day. For added comfort, the cottage has ceiling fans, baseboard heating, space heaters, and a wood-burning fireplace for those cooler nights.

Step outside to take in the stunning lake views from the private waterfront, with sun hitting the dock from mid-day through to evening. Explore the water with two kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, and a canoe, with a selection of adult lifejackets available for use. Evenings are best spent gathered around the outdoor fire pit, with some firewood provided, or enjoying a meal cooked on the propane BBQ at the patio dining table. Muskoka chairs offer the perfect spot to relax by the water, and a lakeside fridge in the shed ensures your drinks stay cool. For boaters, the property includes four boat parking spaces, with a public boat launch and a marina on the lake for added convenience. Wi-Fi is provided, though cell service may be limited in some areas down by the dock.
