Georgian Bay Cottage #1624, 4-BR, 2-BA, Wiarton

The perfect place to enjoy a beautiful shoreline and the wonders of the Bruce Peninsula is this 1600 square foot, four bedroom cottage located just outside Wiarton on Colpoy's Bay.

The large grassy yard between the cottage and the shoreline is a great place for children to play, or to sit in the sun and relax with a good book and a great view. If you prefer to be inside there is an enclosed sunroom facing out towards the yard and shore, complete with couches to keep you cozy. Great sunsets can be seen against the beautiful water and there is gradual entry into the water. A large wraparound deck with glass panels where you'll always be able to find a spot with a view.

The cottage is located close to many points of interest. Wiarton is only 3 km away with its many stores, restaurants and recreational facilities. Access to the Bruce Trail is only a five minute drive away and Sauble Beach is located 26 km away. There are also four golf courses within a half hour drive.

Wiarton offers local grocery stores, convenience stores, and pharmacies to cater to daily needs. For liquor and beverages, residents can find a nearby LCBO outlet within the town. Additionally, the town provides various dining options, including restaurants and cafes, to enjoy local cuisine. To the south lies the town of Sauble Beach, reachable in around 20-25 minutes, renowned for its beautiful sandy shores along Lake Huron. Just a short drive away is the larger town of Owen Sound, approximately 30-40 minutes by car, where residents can access larger grocery stores, shopping centers, and additional amenities.
