Phoenix Vacation Home by Stanley Paul Cook I am an independent real estate broker licensed in both Arizona and California as well as an investor in local real estate. Why they chose this propertyEver since purchasing The Wilshire House in 1990, I have loved this home. It took 25 years for my daughter Nicole and me to remodel and enlarge it to its lovely condition today. The original portion of the house remains dedicated to its historic heritage while the addition is absolutely contemporary as you will see. Sharing Greater Phoenix and the historic Willo Neighborhood in Central Phoenix is a treat for me and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have! What makes this property uniqueBeing geographically at the very center of Maricopa County and the greater Phoenix Metroplex is a bonus in terms of travel times. Phoenix has a new rent-a bicycle program too with stations nearby! Please take a look at everything that is all around this locale and the convenience of being literally in the heart of the City of Phoenix, too.Walk to the Phoenix Light Rail (The Heard stop) on Central Avenue and travel all over The Valley of the Sun!
