Guests are expected to treat The Wilshire House as if it were their own. Having respect for the neighbors relative to noise and late hours and everyone will have a good time! There is no garage but plenty of street parking. A City parking pass must be used during weekday business hours or a ticket will be issued. NO pets at anytime and NO smoking in the house at anytime.

It took 25 years for my daughter Nicole and me to remodel and enlarge it to its lovely condition today. The original portion of the house remains dedicated to its historic heritage while the addition is absolutely contemporary as you will see. Sharing Greater Phoenix and the historic Willo Neighborhood in Central Phoenix is a treat for me and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have! What makes this property uniqueBeing geographically at the very center of Maricopa County and the greater Phoenix Metroplex is a bonus in terms of travel times. Phoenix has a new rent-a bicycle program too with stations nearby! Please take a look at everything that is all around this locale and the convenience of being literally in the heart of the City of Phoenix, too.Walk to the Phoenix Light Rail (The Heard stop) on Central Avenue and travel all over The Valley of the Sun! See the saved url's for best restaurants, light rail, and the Grid Bike program. There is so much to see and do in Greater Phoenix and The Wilshire House is in the middle of it all - literally!
