Charming Cape Ranch in Dennisport by Jerry Spette I love entertaining, so I have equipped my home to suit families or just a group of friendly adults over 25 years of age. It is fully furnished; just bring your towels, linens, and personal gear, and stock the fridge. I have decorated it to please guests, family, and friends. Special herbs and spices are provided, and I also have a well-rounded video library for all ages. (No! None of those.) Jerry purchased this house in 2011. Why Jerry chose Dennis Port: Dennis Port is in the heart of Mid-Cape. This property is a close 3/4 of a mile to the lovely Nantucket Sound beaches, just made for kids and family fun. Shopping is close by, and great restaurants are around the corner. A perfect area for walking, bike riding, or just sitting around. Over on Route 6A, antiquing is at its best, with more beaches and eateries. What makes this house unique: My house has a great deck for coffee in the morning, cocktails at 5, and dinner with soft music and cordials in the warm evening with a gentle breeze. A single violin on the back deck is fine, but mariachi bands are a bit much for the neighbors. Thanks. Enjoy grilling on our large gas BBQ grill. Pick and enjoy fresh herbs for cooking. Beach chairs aplenty and some other kids' stuff. Two adult bikes are here for your use, and two for kids. Bean bag toss game. ENJOY! Cornell Drive is a quiet street in a friendly neighborhood. The house is spacious and very comfortable. A "time-out" room (porch) is available if needed. Adult or child. LOL.
