Our well-maintained charming Cape-style ranch has everything your family needs for a great beach vacation. The home is equipped with DVD/VHS players and a large library, 4 cable TVs, and Wi-Fi. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully appointed — have a ball. Yes, a lobster pot and utensils are included. Have a clam bake on the deck. BBQ your corn on the cob next to the swordfish. Oooooorah!

There are two bedrooms with twin-size beds and the master has a queen-size bed. All are spacious and come with TVs and tape players. The large deck is fully furnished, and the enclosed outdoor shower with changing area is refreshing anytime. We have plenty of accessories: beach chairs, pails and shovels, swim boards, noodles, and more. A large cooler is also available for the beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from popular West Dennis Beach or cocktails on our deck. A bean bag toss game is in the backyard. Badminton is available.

Don’t lug a high chair — an adjustable one is already in the kitchen, along with a cooler for the beach or deck. We also provide an iron, ironing board, and hair dryer.

Sheets and towels are NOT provided, but they are available for rent here on the Cape if needed.

Our quiet street is family-friendly, and we are just a short 3/4 mile from the popular Nantucket Sound beaches. We are only minutes from the beautiful National Seashore ocean beaches and the bay beaches just north off Route 6A.

Nearby, you will find many golf courses (both private and public) as well as miniature golf for the whole family. We are located close to the world-famous Sundae School Ice Cream Parlor. Dennis Village over on Route 6A will keep you busy searching for antiques and strolling through charming gift shops. We are very convenient to all the Dennis attractions. Charming Chatham is nearby, and Hyannis is a short drive west for shopping. There are ample restaurants ranging from inexpensive clam shacks to romantic candlelit dinner establishments.

There are three adult bikes and two/three kid bikes for your use.

Barbara's Bike Shop is also in the neighborhood, offering rentals and bike sales, so you can enjoy the Cape Cod bike trail and all its 20-plus miles of wooded scenery.

Drive or walk 2 minutes to Route 28 for kayaking/canoeing on the river or miniature golf, or to Route 134 for shopping, restaurants, and the bike trail. It is a 15-minute drive to historic Route 6A shops, restaurants, and Children's Theater in Dennis, as well as the popular Dennis bayside beaches. Charter fishing is available, and whale watching is fabulous.

You will love grilling fresh fish on the Weber BBQ gas grill — and if you need to know how, just call me. Enjoy freshly picked herbs from the deck herb garden.

This is a smoke-free and pet-free home. Linens are NOT provided, as most guests prefer their own. Pillows and blankets are provided. All mattresses and pillows are zipper-covered with mattress pads.
