Woods on one side and a cottage rarely used on the other side so it is extremely quiet and private.This three- mile quiet island is Nirvana and nature at its best! Why they chose this propertyBecause it is the most peaceful, serene place on the earth!!! It is a two mile wooded island. Feels like miles away and yet in just minutes you are near historic downtown Mooresville, and in another few minutes the lovely, charming town of Davidson, a college town.The dock is just 30 feet from the house and swimming is great as is all water activities or just sipping on a glass of merlot or a morning coffee. Just another 15 miles and you can experience the pleasant and vibrant city of Charlotte. This location offers the BEST OF ALL WORLDS!!. What makes this property uniqueInspiration! Nature at its best!
