We have lived in the area for over 20 years and know the town and surrounding areas quite well. We have also traveled extensively and know what to look for and offer in a nice upscale rental. Why they chose this property We wanted to get out of the hubbub on NYC and be back near family. Saratoga is the ideal location because it is so beautiful here and there is so much to do, and the people are very friendly and open. We fell in love with this house due to the unique architecture and the beautiful trees which will cast their spell on you as well. What makes this property unique Saratoga is perfectly situated near outdoor recreation options in the Adirondacks and locally, and has all the services and amenities you may want. It has forever been a haven for people retreating from the City during the hot summers, and still maintains its small town charm.
