Mr. Bob Salim is a long-time resident of the Turks and Caicos Islands and a respected entrepreneur and designer. Drawing on his deep appreciation for modern architecture, refined craftsmanship, and island living, he personally envisioned and built this villa as a statement of contemporary luxury. Every detail reflects his commitment to elevated design, comfort, and functionality, resulting in a residence that goes well beyond the standard luxury rental and delivers a truly exceptional experience. This villa stands out because it was designed as a private modern residence, not a rental. Built by its owner, a local entrepreneur and designer, it features intentional architecture, premium finishes, and a layout that maximizes privacy, comfort, and indoor-outdoor living, delivering a level of quality rarely found in vacation rentals.
