Palm Beach Waterview Condos by Patty Kotulak We live in New Jersey but have enjoyed traveling to South Florida for years now, and our dream of having a place there finally came true. We were the builders of this property; it was a labor of love to construct, decorate, and furnish it. We put in all the touches we ourselves wanted. We also have two rental properties in Palm Beach, Florida, which we bought, decorated, and manage. We live in Northern New Jersey in a house we also constructed. Patty Kotulak purchased this house in 2015. Why she chose Ortley Beach: the location, featuring proximity to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk, and the bay, as well as a short drive to Island Beach State Park. What makes this house unique: the roof deck and open living area are two top features. Why she chose this property: Lantana is very convenient. To give you some idea, it is 30 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach, under one hour to South Beach, 15 minutes to Delray Beach for shopping, dining, and music, 15 minutes to West Palm Beach, 15 minutes to Palm Beach, and five miles by boat to in-water parties at Peanut Island. The complex itself is very serene and tropical. What makes this property unique: we love walking at the marina at night to see the boats and the lights of Palm Beach. Have a lobster with the lobstermen right next door. The gym and business center are right downstairs in our building, and valet parking is at your door. Walk to a waterfront restaurant or walk to a fishing boat to try your luck. We personally remodeled and refurnished the unit to our own upscale design.
