Beautifully landscaped home on a great street across from the community church with full amenities(electric/water/WIFI/grill,etc).Front porch and carport as well as eat-in kitchen.Central A/C is 6 months old and the whole interior was just redone.Utility room off of the carport offers washer and dryer combo.Stove and water heater run on gas.Furnished with 2 queen sized beds with Asian antiques.Has all amenities including kitchen and bath supplies.Back yard fenced in with front and alleyway gates.Over a thousand square feet with restored terrazzo floors.Spayed/Neutered dogs/cats welcome.All within biking distance of downtown/nightlife,intracoastal/park and the beach.One of the best and least expensive vacation rentals you will find.Newest offering in this eclectic neighborhood.
