Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier island 25 miles north of Wilmington hi, N.C. near Camp Lejeune Marine Base. North Topsail Beach is a quiet, family oriented atmosphere that provides a clean, uncrowded beach with white sand and an abundance of seashells.

ATTENTION: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE COVERED POOL IS OFFICIALLY OPEN AND IT IS HEATED.
The St. Regis Resort is a one stop vacation where you can do everything or relax and do nothing at all.

This unit includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, toaster, coffee maker. The living area has a sofa and love seat and entertainment center with a 46" Flat Screen Cable TV, DVD & VCR. The dining area has a phone & stereo CD player. This unit has a washer & dryer. There is a dry bar charging area next to the kitchen and dining area with a blender and wine glasses. There are over 1100 square feet of living area in this spacious condo. Appliances and amenities are present for your convenience but occasionally fail or are temporarily not in service. Every effort will be made to have them repaired as soon as possible depending on the schedules and demands of the professional service companies. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.

Each bedroom has a 32" Cable TV, VCR & DVD player for your convenience. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a twin pullout sofa bed and private bath (sleeps 3).
The 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a queen bed ( sleeps 4), There is an entrance to the private balcony from each bedroom and the living area. Ceramic tile throughout this unit provides a cool, clean and refreshing stay at this oceanfront resort. Don't forget to bring your computer and take advantage of the free wireless internet.

This deluxe unit sleeps seven (7) + with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and ocean from the fifth floor, yet is quiet and peaceful for total relaxation.

The St. Regis offers outdoor pool, a fitness center with a sauna, a spectacular view from the 7th floor restaurant for fine dining, basketball court, pickle ball court, bocce court, game room, elevators, poolside cabana and a playground for the children. Massage services are available onsite. Free wireless high speed internet is available throughout the resort. Everything you need is right here in one place. LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE OPTIONAL at $100 for STAYS OF LESS THAN 7 DAYS.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund up to 60 days prior. Inside of 60 days cancellation 50% refund of total rental price. No refund inside of 30 days prior to your reservation. However, every effort will be made to rerent your week to provide more refund back to you if you unfortunately have to cancel.
We recommend you explore insurance options and restrictions from VRBO in the event of a possible cancellation.

The months of October thru March are available for long term rental at $1700 per month which includes all utilities, water, trash, phone, cable and electric service.

The St. Regis has an onsite restaurant, seasonal poolside cabana with soft drinks, ice cream, snow cones, snacks, etc.
North Topsail Beach is located just 20 miles from Jacksonville, N.C. and 35 miles north of Wilmington, N.C. All the shopping, fishing, sailing, kayaking, jet skis, and of course plenty of fresh seafood from the daily fishing fleet.

WHAT TO BRING:

TOWELS: bath towels, wash cloths, beach towels and kitchen towels.

LINENS: LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED FOR RESERVATIONS OF LESS THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS. You will need to bring sheets and pillowcases for two queens, three twins for sleeping 7 comfortably.

PAPER PRODUCTS ARE NOT INCLUDED OR GUARANTEED TO BE PRESENT.

Paper Products: toilet tissue, trash bags, paper towels, napkins, paper cups and paper plates for your convenience.

Food: snacks, condiments, soda, milk, etc.

Cleaning Supplies: soap, detergent, hand sanitizer, etc.
