The St. Regis and the Topsail area offers something for everyone. You can do everything or nothing at all when you go to Topsail Island, North Carolina. We like to come to the St. Regis in any season because it is always quiet. The St. Regis is the only condominium complex with a heated enclosed pool for your enjoyment regardless of the season. THE ENCLOSED POOL AND HOT TUB ARE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FOR REPAIR AND REMODELING DUE TO HURRICANE DAMAGE AND REMODELING. WE ARE SORRY FOR THIS TEMPORARY INCONVENIENCE. Hopeful for completion sometime in May 2020.
