We live in New Jersey but have enjoyed traveling to South Florida for years now, and our dream of having a place there finally came true. We were the builders of this property, it was a labor of love to construct, decorate, and furnish it. We put in all the touches we ourselves wanted. We also have 2 rental properties in Palm Beach, Florida which we bought, decorated, and manage. We live in Northern Nj in a house we also constructed. Why they chose this property
Lantana is very convenient. To give you some idea, its 30 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Beach, under 1 hour to South Beach, 15 minutes to Del Rey Beach shopping, dining, and music, 15 minutes to West Palm, 15 Minutes to Palm Beach, and 5 miles by boat to in water parties at Peanut Island. The complex itself is very serene and tropical.

What makes this property unique
We love walking at the marina at night to see the boats and the lights of palm beach. Have a lobster with the lobstermen right next door. Gym and business center are right downstairs in our building, and valet parking is at your door. Walk to waterfront restaurant or walk to a fishing boat to try your luck. We personally remodeled and refurnished the unit to our own upscale design.
