Tarpon Point Marina and Cape Harbour is only minutes away by boat, shopping is in immediate vicinity of the house.

The well-known outlet stores can be reached by car in just about 30 minutes.

The house has 2 bedrooms and offers 4 guests an unforgettable holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The lounge has a pool table for the daily game with friends.

The endless current salt-water-pool has a wonderful Jacuzzi.

Pamper yourself with a delicious steak and watch dolphins and manatees in the bay.

Highlight: With a boat it takes you per direct access to the Tropical Waterways and the famous beaches of Sanibel and Capitiva Island in the Gulf of Mexico.

Captain’s Walk - shore path over the water from the tiki-hut to the boat dock and lift.

The boat is not included in the rent. It is a additional option.

Wireless Internet access is available free of charge.
