Looking for a place not far from home, with a up north feel. Lakefront home on beautiful private Barnes Lake 1/4 mile off M-24 in Northern Lapeer county. Only 1 hour from Rochester Hills, Sterling Heights and Warren . Within 1 1/2 - 2 hours from Farmington hills, Ann Arbor. Monroe, Ypsilanti. Livonia. Lansing. and Toledo. Ohio. Chicago, Il is only 4hrs and 30 minutes. Home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath combination living room and kitchen, and enclosed waterfront porch. Great fishing in stocked lake, boating and is close to many attractions. Lapeer drag strip, Frankenmuth, Birch Run Outlets. Paddle boat, 3 kayaks, available for guest use.. Why spend your time driving when you could be relaxing in such a short time. Come to the lake and enjoy the peace and quite.
