Please look at the pictures of the beach in front of our home. Topsail Island still has one of the best beaches in North Carolina and the East Coast.

Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the large ocean-front deck which spans the width of the house.

A 5 bedroom ocean front home over looking the clean sand beach and sparkling blue ocean. Sea and Me will accommodate 12 people and help make this the 'perfect' vacation.

Main Level: The great room has a cathedral ceiling. Two floors of windows highlight the expansive ocean views.

Across the room, the rectangular glass-top dining table seats 8. Ocean view dining is the order of the day, every day at Sea and Me. Large picture windows offer views of the ocean over the dunes of lush vegetation. Your own private island paradise is just outside.

The kitchen has all the appliances. The cabinets are well stocked with dishware, glassware, and cookware. Blend a cool drink and take it out to the deck to enjoy the breeze. Listen to the waves rolling across the sand and watch the pelicans fly. There are also 2 bedrooms and a Master Suite on this level. The full bath is just down the hall and is a combination bathroom and laundry area. A stackable washer and dryer are neatly tucked in the corner.

Head up the open staircase to the top floor and enjoy ocean views. At the landing, you will find a bedroom door on each side. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, plus a sink for washing or shaving. A full bath on the top floor is shared by both bedrooms.

NO ANIMALS, BIRDS OR SNAKES and NO SMOKING!!

Another wonderful vacation at “Sea and Me,” our ELEVENTH! A few of us saw some baby turtles. Our weeks were filled with family, friends, fun, sun, turtles, kayaking adventures, swimming, seashells, movies, and laughs……Already looking forward to what next year will bring!

We had a great time here at Topsail. Your house is lovely and inviting. My husband was very ill and in the hospital for some time. We really needed this time here for him to rest and recover….actually we both needed the time. This area is lovely. We really enjoyed this beach as it is not crowded. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

Our home, Sea and Me, is up and ready to rent. Remember when comparing to others that we include linens and departure cleaning in the total cost quoted.

Because of COVID-19 I am changing check-in to 2:00 PM and Check-out to 8:45 AM. This is necessary for the safety of you and others. Our cleaner will clean and disinfect before you arrive. Please bring toilet paper, paper towels and your own disinfecting supplies with you to wipe down surfaces. Also wipe down groceries when you bring them into the house. Face masks are highly suggested and required in some stores. Please bring you own as we do not furnish them.
