Precautionary Measures Currently Being Utilized:

Property Sanitation/Disinfection: Riviera Rentals Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with rental properties that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.

Check-In/Check-Out: All of our rentals have a keybox, which means you will go directly to the home without ever being in contact with staff members nor visiting any office beforehand. Our Concierge will get in touch and provide you with instructions prior to your arrival.

Our office is still open in the event you have an issue or emergency. We ask that our guests please contribute to the welfare of the community by following social distancing procedures, however we are here to help in the event an issue or emergency arises. Throughout Your Visit:

Our team is taking extra measures to communicate the importance to all staff who may be ill to stay home. Our staff at work are practicing good hygiene through frequent hand washing and the use of disinfectant, face masks and wiping down surfaces in our work space, as well as practicing social distancing recommendations

Probably the best one bedroom condo in town. It has very unique layout as a 2 floor loft with open areas. It is perfect for couples or parties of 2.

The top floor has the bedroom with a king size bed next to a romantic Jacuzzi; the bedroom connects to the balcony through a glass and steel catwalk. The first floor of the property has a half a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and a big granite counter with 5 stools. This is followed by the living room with satellite TV and Internet. The property is located in the ground floor of the condominium which gives easy access to the great common areas of the building from the living room terrace.

The building is one of the most renowned in Playa del Carmen for its grand common areas with Gym, gardens and lounging areas, 2 swimming pools, covered parking, security 24 hrs a day. The property is located in the heart of town, offering its visitors all the privacy and relaxation inside the condo and having the bustling and lively town of Playa del Carmen at the door step. A few meters walking from the beach and from the famous 5th Avenue filled with a wide variety of restaurants bars as well as local and international shops.

Playa del Carmen is 50 minute drive south from the Cancun airport, located centrally to visit amazing sites like Isla Mujeres, Cancun, Cozumel, Tulum and a few more hours away, Holbox and Bacalar.Making the Riviera Maya one of the naturally and culturally richest destinations in the caribbean. Our warm weather will take you to immerse yourself and relax in our beautiful beaches and also find activities that will keep you busy through the day if this is what you are looking for, parks like Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor, visiting the ruins of Tulum or Coba will take you on an adventure, great diving scenarios in the ocean or in one of the beautiful natural caves (cenotes).

A signed vacation rental agreement is mandatory together with a copy of your ID. You will receive the agreement for electronic signature via email at the time of booking. If we don't receive this document back you will be required to sign it at check in time together with the property inventory.

The rules are to obey all the condominium regulation regarding noise as well as the usage of the common areas common areas to ensure peace between all guests of the complex.

- There is not to be any loud noise after 11pm

- Pool hours are 8am -10pm

-The tenant is accountable for all towels as well as glasses and other items that may be lost/damaged or broken.

• LONG TERM RENTALS: Rentals of 21 days or more must pay Electricity separately and it is charged at MXN $4 Pesos/Kw

• SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage/reservation deposit is required. For the amount of USD $300.00. This deposit is fully refundable yet not applicable towards rent. Should there be any damage or lost items it would be deducted at replacement cost which may include shipping and importation costs. Locked closets are reserved for the use of the property owner.

• HOUSEKEEPING - The unit will provide initial bathroom amenities, paper towels, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for additional household and personal supplies. Cleaning services during the stay are not included but we would be happy to schedule them at your convenience with on day advance notice. Cleaning service has a cost of USD $25.00.

• IMPORTANT COSTS:

o Lost key = USD $ 50

o Lost remote control for garage = USD $ 150

o Safe box unlock: = USD $40.00

o Crib: = USD $10.00 per day

SUGGESTIONS

1. Do not drink the tap water

2. Do not throw anything in the toilet

3. Turn off the AC if you go out

4. Close the door and windows if you leave the apartment

5. If you break something, just tell us ;)

6. Treat this apartment as it is yours1 Try to pay everything in Mexican Pesos

7. Leave tips if you are satisfied (the salary here is really low)

8. Take local transportation! Is cheaper!

Note: by official disposition of our authorities in the state it is very possible that some services in the building for public use are closed or with some restrictions (bars, spa, swimming pools, gym, etc.), these measures are to prevent the spread of the Covid virus -19.
